Privacy Policy

This document describes how ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SP. Z O.O. processes personal data when you use www.zordonintelligence.pl or contact us.

Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SP. Z O.O., based in Łódź, Poland (KRS: 0001190915, NIP: 7252358503, REGON: 542545843), referred to as the “Controller”.

For matters relating to data protection, contact us at hi@zordonintelligence.pl.

2. Scope and purposes of processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

2.1. Email or phone contact

If you contact us (e.g. by emailing hi@zordonintelligence.pl), we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content, phone number — if you share it).

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling enquiries).
  • Retention: until correspondence ends and, where applicable, for the limitation period for claims or as required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

2.2. Use of the website

When you browse the site, technical data necessary for its operation may be processed (e.g. IP address, session identifiers, browser information, date and time of requests) and — to a limited extent — cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (ensuring security and proper operation of the service).
  • Retention: as set out in the Cookie Policy and server logs — typically up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

2.3. Contract performance or service delivery

If we enter into a commercial or contractual relationship, we process data necessary to perform the contract, billing, customer service, and pursuit of claims.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).

3. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with processors acting on our instructions, in particular:

  • hosting and IT infrastructure providers (servers, CDN),
  • email and communication tool providers,
  • accounting, legal, or advisory providers — where necessary,
  • Google LLC — for loading fonts via Google Fonts (see the Cookie Policy).

These parties process data only under data processing agreements and in line with our instructions. We do not sell data to third parties.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use mechanisms provided under the GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • right of access and to receive a copy of your data,
  • right to rectification,
  • right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — where provided by law,
  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to data portability — within the scope of the GDPR,
  • right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email hi@zordonintelligence.pl. We will respond without undue delay, within one month at the latest (extendable in justified cases).

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) if you believe processing violates data protection law.

5. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in correspondence is voluntary but necessary to respond or perform a contract. Failure to provide data may prevent contact or service delivery.

6. Automated decision-making and profiling

For this informational website alone, we do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects individuals.

7. Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption, restricted system access, and periodic review of security measures.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. We will inform you of material changes by publishing a new version on this page with the update date. We recommend checking this document periodically.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.
